Hello In my opinion, the cheapest and best solution for you is a mixture of cement and sand mixed with water... this mixture must be diluted to penetrate well into all joints and depth, and in the end, because it is made of the same mixture as concrete, your problem is perfect. it will be solved

1:00 by doing like this, only the first few millimeters of baking soda are being impregnated by glue . Have to do it in layers.
