Also, there's no way they pay you enough. You do the work of 3 cooks. If they don't pay you at least $50/hr, you need to have a serious talk with management.

$50? God. That might be fair but it's far from reality. The restaurant industry is terrible. They don't pay people nearly enough because there's always another young person willing to slave away. $18/hr was standard for a line cook at the corporate brewery/restaurant at worked at a couple years ago. That place made a ton of money. The waitresses and bartenders were making much more than the kitchen and in half the time.

Man, i really love any enjoy those videos. Even if you cook the same menu. This is serious work and i love them! Please keep them going. I also think this is the best way to show people how hard your job is to appreciate the work you do. Which in my opinion is an insane amount of work and i cant appreciate that enough!

I’m not even a cook (equipment operator by trade) but watching you was really something else. It was the little things that got my attention, like pre-oiling the skillet right after you used it so it’s immediately ready for use the next time you need it. I struggle just trying to cook breakfast for me and my wife when there’s multiple things on the oven, you made multiple orders at once look too easy 😂

Wow this is the bomb.I have done some restaurant cooking in my past but this gentleman goes over and beyond.The attention to detail,organization, professionalism,cleanliness and just straight up pride in his work.I would be proud to eat we're he was cooking.A good line cook is so much more then high dollar place,especially all of this on his own and no prep person.The best.R.D.W.! !!

As a line cook myself bro i recommend cracking the flats of eggs before service and mix em in a cambro keeping it ln ice and use a 4oz ladle for consistent portions i feel like cracking eggs like that for every order is a pain in the ass personally lol nice vid 💯🤙
