Excellent exercises.....quick so I combined with one of your longer workouts to get a full 30 min cardio workout in. Would love to see some more longer 20-30 minute cardio postpartum videos.... might be fun to do a cardio dance workout that really gets you moving your body! Thanks for all your fun workout

Great workout to repeat a few times to get a full workout in! Would love to see more cardio postnatal workouts in the future especially full 30 minute ones. You've got a lot of HITTstyle workouts (timer with a rest section) but would be fun to do a cardio dance workout that keeps you moving the whole time and gets you shakin your stuff as you teach some small little dance routines and work them into a workout. I love to get a good heart pumping workout in every morning to start the day off right! Would love to dance away that baby weight!

Thanks for that! It was quick and good! I was wondering if you have any specific butt workouts... after pregnancy I lost a lot of muscle and specifically my butt!

This is really good of u could do a series of 5 minute to 15 minute c section videos that would be ace as just having a baby it’s hard to get back into exercise and do long videos

Yes, it should be okay if no complications. Usually doctors give clearance 6 weeks postpartum. Modify to do the low impact if you are getting any leaking or heaviness (or if it just feels better/ safer)
