There's no shame in using used part's if that part is qualified by the customer. I offer used part's on budget repairs. I never change a sparkplug on a lawnmower unless it is not working. I don't guarantee part's availability or wait on them. Their mower will be in their garage until they can get the part's. I give them the information needed to order it and how to locate vendor's. I do try but not looking for the whole day. I'm going to hit up Ft.Worth with my Quick-Lube service heavy this year and all I will need is oil and oil filters, grease and spray lubes. I carry a few common air filters. Door to Door lawnmower tune-up is here in Texas. Think about it. Your area needs a Quick-Lube too.

Thanks for all the info. I haven’t had a rep at PD for like 3 months. They are trying to hire a new one…however I did just place a big stock up order. Hadn’t heard of the substantial increase…maybe should have bought more 🤣
