"You can't do everything at once. If you try and do everything at once you're not going to get anything done so you need to prioritize, execute, move on to the next thing." Incredible advice for anyone managing multiple high priority tasks at once. Plus, Extreme Ownership is an incredible book if you haven't read it!!

So important. Lately I've realized the 15 minute drive to the gym there and then 15 minutes back is not always worth it, so I've started running around my neighborhood to still get a workout in that I love and utilize that time elsewhere!

This is great but I've also heard of the 2minute rule. Basically if it's a small task and it's on your mind. Take 2minutes finish really quick so that it doesn't take any more mental space, even if it's not the highest priority just building that momentum of accomplishing tasks can be productive.

Sometimes. But it's probably best to batch that at the end of the day / week after tackling your highest priority tasks. Otherwise you'll feel like you're being productive when you're not

Loved this! And loved the book! Definitely something I struggle with. Sometimes my “passion” wants to do the fun stuff first. Great reminder, especially after the offsite! 😅
