This is a very expensive stock and aesthetically looks and functions much like the Hk MP5 stock. Is this stock worth the price? Is it quality? Is it easy to install? I have the B&T Gen 1 and 2 folders and the telescoping stock, and the Custom Smith Mfg. folder (my fave for longest length of pull). Yes it sucks that none of these folding stocks have folded retention, but the telescoping stock has terrible ergos for me - small butt pad rides too high on shoulder (Tailhook brace is better for shouldering IMHO) and my face ends up too close to receiver end cap (great for pulling out facial hair😂). Telescopic is the sexiest though…

The stock I have doesn’t have the pin in it. How do I remove that and use the factory pin?

Hmm mine came with a retention screw so that I can’t fully extend it to the last notch. It’s blocked. Not sure why mine has the longer piece preventing it from fully extending

@@thetexasgunvault I realize it’s because I got the brace, not the stock. They don’t let you use the full length of pull :( wonder if it’s a legal issue? Length of pull is perfect for my wife, it’s her gun. I should just let it be 😂

I need a video on the APC9 telescopic brace to stock conversion! There's extra parts in mine (b&t stock conversion kit) that I just can't seem to figure out. It's not just a matter of taking the tailhook off it seems.

I hate that these are never in stock anywhere and it doesn't make sense that the GHM version costs the same as the APC version when it lacks the hydraulic buffer system.

Both have the buffer system.

@@thetexasgunvault I am referring to the stock, the buffer system is attached to the bolt on the GHM so the stock comes just as a stock yet it costs as much as the APC telelscoping stock which comes with the hydraulic buffer.

I’ve been thinking about a GHM9, then I saw the KH9 Covert. The good thing is GHM’s are available, not true on the KH9 Covert. I’ll probably get both, I hope B&T makes another run on the Covert model. About the retractable stocks, I see B&T’s latest offerings include a quick sling connector that is integrated into the buttplate. I don’t use quick connectors but some like them. Could you please talk to Carl, I don’t have his number, and ask him to make a nice KH9 in FDE for me? Thanks for the video!

I wish he could. The KH9s are always made in limited runs and not usual production items.

I have this same stock and love it. Mine developed some vertical wobble, if yours does the same there are three screws on the back that need to be tightened
