Hi good video, Sometimes even with more input transition time , we can have less delay and less output transition right (may be with very light output load) how it is possible?

Time period of 250ps at the clock pin of flip which u have shown in the concept of uncertainty, is that right ? Is that possible ? I'm confused by looking at the waveform. As per my opinion it shoud be greater , please have look on it and reply back.

250 ps is not time period, it is uncertainty value "Time period - 250ps " is "Time period minus uncertainty (250ps) "
