I've compiled an ultimate tier list of protein foods, ranked from best to least optimal based on their protein content, bioavailability, nutritional value, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness.

When ranking these protein sources, we considered several key factors.
First, protein content which tells us how much protein we're getting per serving. Studies emphasize the need to consider both the quantity and quality of protein in diets. High-quality proteins are beneficial for muscle protein synthesis and strength gains when combined with resistance exercise.
Second, bioavailability. This is about how well our body can absorb and utilize the protein. Several studies have been done to show the importance of bioavailability in complete protein foods. And here’s what they found out as key metrics.
Digestibility: The ease with which proteins can be broken down and absorbed in the digestive system.
Amino Acid Composition: Essential amino acids, which cannot be synthesized by the body, must be obtained from the diet.
Food Matrix and Processing: The physical form of the food and how it has been processed can impact the bioavailability of its protein content.
Nutrients: The presence of other nutrients can either enhance or inhibit the absorption of proteins.
Third, nutritional value which looks at the vitamins and minerals accompanying the protein. And lastly, accessibility and cost-effectiveness. This ensures that our top picks are practical for everyday diets.

Man, the "keys" he's giving out is almost too common and can be found out by any other video. Nothing new or secretive about his strategy which isn't already known if you've watched enough videos on how to create and run such channels. I believe it's unnecessarily hyped up but still meaningful. Yet I won't judge completely until the series gets finished

My body doesn't process nuts or veggies very well at all so I cut all those out and stick with meat and fruits.

I used to eat quite a bit of tofu myself until I found out that it has estrogen, making it not ideal for males. Eggs, on the other hand, are great.

Glyphosate is very high in soybeans. I would personally never eat tofu.

Plain greek yogurt,chicken breast,steak & cottage cheese (one has NO SALT added.) for post recovery...EASY goal of over 150 grams protein after HIIT with barbell & dumbbell.
