Georgia and Russia until recently were one country of the USSR, fought side by side in World War II. Europe has had 30+ years to offer something to Georgia, but they are fed only with promises, while in Russia there are already electric buses with free wifi, usb and app tracking since 2017.

Turkey, as an economically strong country, is located in the south of Georgia, but does not border on it. Now Turkey plays a big role in the economy of Georgia.
