This video is an extension to our 3 part series detailing the repair of the PS4 Controller Sync fault when caused by a corruption of the Flash-Main IC rather than a fault caused by a physical failure of the Bluetooth / WiFi module. This video demonstrates the repair on a newer CUH-1200 series PS4 with an SAC-001 mainboard.
In this video we cover how to dump your PS4 NOR flash chip using a Teensy programmer within Windows. We then open these dumps, identify the corruption and repair the corrupt area before re-programing our PS4 NOR flash chip ready for re-installation. We test everything at the end to show it works and we are back gaming once again!
