Here's a "crazy" suggestion. Cody and Kylie get along well. They both have developed wood skills. They might consider starting a reno service when he decides to leave his current work. Like a design reno service. This is something they could really build up over time. And if he were to start a channel as well, between their two channels and all the crazies - they could establish quite a reputation for their service. Crazy huh?

You should do a Q & A with the other kids who have moved out. How often do you see Destiny & her husband since they live in a different town. Glad that your able to spend more time with Cody

Cody as a guest on Kylie’s channel now and then would be a hoot especially since they share skill sets.

I love that the Wallaces encourage their children to go out in the world and work and/or go to school, rather than totally relying on KZfaq for a living. Working and/or studying really does help a person to mature and learn about the world and themves.

We love Cody so much....what a sweet kid. They really are very blessed to have found a family that loves them so much and loves them enough to realize that bio families are not competition or the enemy. Great job! ❤

i am so glad you guys addressed how important it is for kids to have other career interests and dive into the world with a real job before deciding they’re just gonna do KZfaq. it’s important to have a backup plan and stable life skills to function in the real world. responsible parents teach their kids that money doesn’t get handed out for free and you have to work hard. i can’t enjoy a lot of family channels because everything is flashy and for show but I do very much enjoy you both Shelly and Jarrod & I appreciate that you guys set your kids up for success by instilling life skills in their morals , time and time again. ❤️❤️

Hi Shelley and Jared, We can probably all imagine one way or another how Cody could have grown up: Without his sisters, without contact with his bio family, to name just two of many points. But *you* took him in, gave him chances, gave him time and support in every way. Maybe Cody will be a great dad someday, maybe a great youtuber. When I started watching in 2020 I was watching the old videos and loved how funny Cody was. I was sad when the older boys weren’t in the vloggs as the moved out and/or you had moved to Saint John. When i first heard Cody, Lizzy, and Lacey's story, it broke my heart, so I'm glad they are somewhere safe where they don't have to worry about what they went through ever again. Cody and I have something in common where being around smokers goes. I have a friend who began smoking once he graduated high school to where he became a chain smoker, since then I can't be around anyone who smokes.

Cody: My son went through that phase of constant questioning. You know what I realized? He didn’t care what the answer was. It was his attempt at making conversation with me. If you don’t want to answer silly questions, try using them as a springboard to make conversation with them about something you DO want to talk about.

I love Cody and His relationship with his siblings, especially with the younger ones. He is so patient and caring with them, it makes me happy to watch the interactions. I am glad that he is going to close as he and his sister, forgive me but I cannot remember her name at the moment but she is the one who does the home rehab, they are hilarious together.
