Hi James, we received our first short gun to use with our Simoniz Platinum 1800 and 3200. This exceeded our expectations and I bought it as a gift for my son and I want to thank you for the extra mile in the packaging of the gun. I won't spoil it for those who have not received theirs but it was wonderful to gift wrap this beautiful tool in something, not a "Blister pack". Congratulations on a fantastic product. I hope CTC or Princess Auto picks it up.

3:09 you guys made the right decision regarding the 2.0 and short gun. It was the right move to not delay the 2.0 and the short gun does not need to be included with the 2.0. Some people probably wish they could get the 2.0 and short gun for the same ~$350 price lol and that's just not realistic. I think you guys itemized it properly and it likely would hurt the perception of the 2.0 to have the significantly higher price tag with the short gun included. Much better IMO to sell it separate as an upgrade since it's enthusiast grade and we're all used to that. It was unlucky timing for me since I had to upgrade my short gun to go with the 2.0, so I got the SGS28, but that's not Actives fault. The product wasn't ready yet and you definitely don't want to rush things to market.

I haven't used mine yet but I'm interested in how to remove the click in the handle. Maybe once it's hooked up and water is going through it I'll feel differently, but I'm not really a fan of the click so far. Thanks for the videos.

Hello, thank you for your support and feedback! One of the unique features of the Active Swivel Short Gun is that it can be easily adjusted to have the click or remove it based on user preference. We've made a video on it and will post it soon. Stay tuned.

@@ACTIVEPRODUCTSI think people are missing the point of this feature. It’s not just a click. It relieves pressure off of the trigger by compressing the spring and pushing the resistance off the trigger and onto the stop plates. Am I wrong about this?
