I love it because you can make MORE in LESS time! Always like that since the need for healthy snax is real! I learned that nut butters have a high ratio of Omega 6 so I make sure to have lots of Cod Liver Oil, Omega 3 supplements to balance things out...

The ingredients in peanut butter should be just peanuts or peanuts & salt. I'm not sure what kind of sweetener you are referring to. Thanks for the recipe.

I haven't tried it with a flax egg. The egg in this recipe is just to help hold everything together so I think flax or chia egg should work
