Hi Janet! That looks so yum! Red, white and blue...perfect for Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day gatherings. I was just thinking of what I could make for dessert this weekend. This looks like IT! I made these today with the last of my frozen raspberries. I didn’t use the chips but made a chocolate glaze for the top. I don’t usually like coconut flour but I like this! Very good! Nice and easy too. I will make again. Thanks!

I haven't tried this with egg substitutes but mostly likely it would work fine. My favorite egg substitute for baking is usually flax egg

@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen It certainly has! I couldn’t help “just tasting it” shortly after it came out of the oven (about 7 minutes ago), so it was still too soft to cut a proper square out of, but it tasted amazing 🤩

I didn't thaw mine. Cooking them frozen created a lot of good moisture.
