I’m a blonde-haired white girl, but I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and took Spanish classes for almost 6 years. I finished out my senior year in the Midwest, however, and started my first job there. Two of my manager were Hispanic, as was a friend of mine who worked with me. My friend was only half Mexican and grew up with the Irish half of her family, so spoke no Spanish. She wound up quitting after constantly being berated for not being able to ‘translate’ between English speaking and Spanish speaking coworkers. The last story, my mom told me a similar story about her friend she used to wait tables with back in the day. Friend is blue-eyed, blonde-hair white BUT she grew up in Mexico so she is completely fluent in Spanish and apparently you’d never know that. Update on the mama with the BB EM did the following: Lost in court but only got probation and therapy. Then decides to stalk BB mom She slashes tried She rips up flower beds Puts rate poison in BB moms yard where BB plays Breaks windows Puts a trash bag with a dismembered cat on BB moms porch. Before the cat incident BB mom husband had put up security cameras and a immediate protection order against EM Cat in bag causes poor BB mom to have a panic attack because she has a cat (thankfully fine) BB moms husband calls police and police start working with the judge to get EM. BB family goes to stay with husbands mom for a bit 2 days later BB mom goes home to pick up stuff for BB. Sees EM in their back yard in their shed. Calls police. Tells them someone's trying to break in. Watches EM try to open locked back door. BB Mom goes into kitchen and watches her try door again before breaking out the doors window in an attempt to get in. When door opens BB mom cracks EM in the face with a cookie sheet from the sink breaking her nose. She gets off the ground and runs to front of house. BB mom has lost it at this point from stress and panic (and trauma in my opinion poor lady) and runs through the house with her cookie sheet about to wack EM again out front. But before she makes it out her door the police show up and EM starts shouting that a crazy woman broke into her home and is trying to kill her and for them to shoot her and shoot her now. BB mom runs out cop raises weapon. BB mom freezes and drops cookie sheet. Still a little out of her mind yells that this is her home while EM is still screaming for the police to shoot her and that its her house along with calling BB mom a lot of expletives. BB mom finally calms down enough to state that she has proof that this is her home amd that her drivers license is in her purse by the stairs. Cops verify this and apologize for the stress after they run EMs name in their system. EM is now going to jail with a whole new list of charges including: stalking, destruction of property, animal cruelty, disturbing the peace, false information, breaking and entering, and violating her parole. Really at this point EMs kid should be removed from the home.

At this point I’m terrified so I do as I’m told then I have to get ready for a spa day with my lovely cosen (this is a different one btw she is actually nice) and my nan so we get ready and the kid is literally walking right by the pool almost about to drop it so my nan goes out there and tells “name” that her daughters iPad is right there then the kid throws a tantrum because she wants mine and not hers! So my nan also scared hose back inside and explains that we have to go and if she drops it and it crashes into the pool “name” will have to buy a new one because I use that for school, so we go and when we come back my iPad is dead on my bed (the rest is what my siblings told me) my siblings then say that she almost dropped it in the pool and she left it on the flore screen up no cover on it so it could have broken easily and then when into MY SUITCASE with my stuff in it, then got out my over $100 doll I paid for with my money I worked hard for (yes I like dolls lol) and then rips the clothes off it and says they where ugly then my siblings have to grab the doll out of her hands explaining that she can’t do that and it’s mine not hers then she throws another tantrum and her mum walked in from out side and says why is my child crying?! This is all your fault! Moral of the story that lady is scary. Ps. She made me 11 look after her daughter 4 so she can go get drunk..... Btw my 15 year old brother has to do this every other day, and hates it. He lives with her and I do not know how he puts up with her.
