Rabbit meat is a bit harder than chicken, almost similar in taste and high in protein content. A flavourful tasty dish with a blend of masala unique to Kerala and some parts of Tamilnadu. This is a must try!
Ingredients:
Rabbit - 1.6 kg
Ginger - 50 grams
Garlic - 10 nos
Shallots - 5 nos
Green chilli - 5 nos
Onion medium - 6 nos
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Dried red chilli - 4 nos
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Spices - cinnamon, cardamom(4), bay leaves(2), cloves(5)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tapioca - 2 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 2 tablespoons
Fennel powder - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Crushed pepper - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 cup
Crushed cardamom - 4 nos
Crushed garlic - 4 pods
Chopped tomatoes - 2 nos
