You should totally make this a series. I love seeing new ways to think outside the box when it comes to cooking new things. I would never have thought of using an ai to create a recipe like this. I think this would be an amazing series to do! I love seeing each new video you do, especially when your pup co stars in them too. Hes adorable!

Grated FRESH ginger and ginger powder aren’t the same. So half Tsp or half a TBS would have been more than enough.😂

I'm pretty sure the recipe called for fresh ginger. I like ginger, so honesty the amount he put in looked perfect haha He should have cooked the noodles for half the time on the packet. When he said his noodles were undercooked, I thought he was kidding. :) ChatGPT is honestly one of the best things to emerge from the 2020's. As a CS student, it's very useful to check code. It's really good at explaining what's going on.

@@ivorymarie82 In fairness, he did have a lot of various different ingredients. Rice noodles absorb a lot of flavour and octopus can take a lot flavour too. I do understand where you're coming from with overwhelming flavors, a dish can often be ruined because of too much of an ingredient. However, I do think the ingredients used were forgiving so the amount of ginger used wasn't too bad.

PLEASE make this into a series. Maybe do a community post where we give you random ingredients, you make something. Doesnt matter sweet savory or Umami, its literallly just whatever you are delivered

you can ask it after something like "how many cookies will this make?". Also you could try telling it for example "give me a pizza recipe with the following ingredients...".

You should try doing 24 hours only eating recipes from AI. Do breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert...any snacks. I think that would be cool. And DEFINITELY this should be a series! You could cater a gathering just using these recipes. Or do a family dinner. I would allay check and see if you can find recipes for homemade dog treats.

Anyone familiar with south east Asian cuisine would recognize that combination of ingredients, including the sugar. The only thing missing is some acid, like lime juice, for balance.

Sofened butter just means it should be room temp, just leave it on the counter for about an hour or micowave for 2-3 seconds to soften, if its been in the fridge.

One thing that I immediately thought of when hearing the ingredients for the stir fry.. Batter the Octopus in the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Mix, the same way you would when making Fried Chicken and other fried foods. Dip the Octopus in Egg and the Nashville Hot Mix and fry it up.

Safe to say that you need to invest in an overhead camera which will be perfect for videos like this. Also very useful when you want to show your food without spilling them when you tilt the plate towards the front camera ☺️
