Lol. Just got a job and finished training. 3 days ago, the company held a meeting for an incentive plan. Your answer is "yes." If you can slay god with a reach truck, you can have all the bitches and rides. The pay is THAT MUCH for "safe" but "fast as fucc, boi."

You clearly dont work with a reach truck in a basic warehouse. If you're actually taking safety precausions, guess what, you won't be the one on the truck. They'll choose someone faster cus youre a waste of money.

@@bedd8934 I wouldn't say that. I mean I get job done no tricks but I always backup thru Isle with raised load and turn. If u make sure forks are tilted u should be fine. The Isle I work on there no room to turn like that. The people I work with suck

He's only driving quicker because he's breaking every rule in the book! I'm a forklift instructor & if he knew how to drive correctly/safely he wouldn't be driving/turning with a pallet in the air. This guy is an accident waiting to happen!

He sure is. I am a reach truck operator myself and I NEVER lift my load until I am lined up properly. The sad part is, my supervisor wants me to break the rules to increase productivity... I never budge. The other operator do break the rules regularly and they have high downtime due to boxes falling, pallets tipping over in the rack.. etc etc. I take my time and do it properly. Moreover, I refuse to lift my load when there's people close to my truck. My company's truck instructor loves me, but my supervisor has a grudge XD

the fuck is wrong with turning with pallet in the air? if it's sealed properly to the pallet and you know how to drive nothing can happen unless u hit REALLY hard which is impossible if u got any experience. And u can be forklift instructor but this is reachtruck and it's kinda diffrent

@troutbhou1 You get that fast and smooth by having accidents. At least i'm pretty sure that's how you learn. By fucking up, relearning and building more confidence. You're an instructor. Not an operator in a workplace. Your job is too instruct people on how to operate a forklift safely. Once you've done that and they've passed, from there it's up to them and the company's health & safety exec to decide how they would like you to operate. Turning with a pallet in the air is perfectly fine. Physics do exist. It's a thing. As long as you don't turn too fast (which would take efford and incredible stupidity to do) then you'll be absolute fine. I take out and put pallets back in, in the exact same way. It's funny, I know exactly how an instructor wants to see one drive, by the book, but doing it that way would take me all day to get 30 minutes worth of work done. This video really upset some of you safety boys.

Possibly the most dangerous and ignorant driver I've seen. If my guys did that in my warehouse, not only would they be banned from driving, subject to a refresher at their own expense, they would also receive a disciplinary for multiple health and safety violations, including danger to themselves, other employees and the risk of damaging racking, stock and the truck.

Si estuvieras en un examen de manejo … lamento decir que no aprobarías … en primera el pallet nunca se eleva asta que este en posición y en el lugar donde lo dejarás ya que dar vuelta con el pallet elevado podría provocar volcadura del forklift… y muchas más faltas de seguridad… el hacerlo rápido no te hace el mejor 👎🏼👎🏼
