It has elements of Gladiator, Dune, The Chronicles of Riddick, Star Wars A New Hope, John Carter of Mars, Avatar etc., wrapped into one epic story.

Without the previous lore which seems to have restricted him in the past. Seems like a fresh story with no pay history is the way for Snyder to really shine

I genuinely think Zack Snyder could do a great Gears of War movie. Seeing what he is doing with Rebel Moon solidifies that for me. Looks great! Will be watching day 1!!!

I think he finally found a project that fits his creative impulses. This could be his best work yet. It's an adult sci fi epic like dune or star trek. I'm definitely curious and excited for it.

I think Zack Snyder could be at his peak when doing an original property. Some of his past work has been controversial due to his unique takes on certain properties. Hopefully we can see a successful outing for him and his fans. No ties to the past, just him doing what he wants. Excited for this.

Since you talked about this having lore snyder has said that he wrote a 450 page rebel moon bible and i believe that's just for the imperium(the bad guys) like this guy is insane and i love it😂

A slight side track but still in the realm; could you consider creating a tribute to the late and amazing Kevin Conroy? He passed away last year, and was the sole reason I got into acting. On MsMojo there was a video about the best voice acting in animated movies and I think he should've been included for his role in Batman the Mask of Phantasm. I have a voice acting background and there are some preconceived notions that it's not as demanding as regular acting; but the vocal training itself and perfecting the craft may take more time than any acting school. l feel like he's very underrated as Batman (ditto Mark Hamill as Joker) and even non existent in the conversation. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil games :)

That allows you to wield these molten-metal blades,” Snyder says. NOT lightsabers. More like lava arm swords.

@@Supre3m3Kai how is amputated arms/robot prosthetics replacing organic appendages/actual KATANAS that heat up to molten hot to slice more lethally/can be used without the heat as just regular weapons when needed/no human hands can handle weapons because the handles are thousands of degrees/weapons come from ancient gauntlets worn on the wrists. Yes that’s exactly the same. Don’t be basic. Star Wars is not the only fantasy property with glowing weapons.

There is so much to unpack because you got some epic craziness happening and seeing familiar faces like Ray Porter, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Charlie Hunam, Jena Malone as the humanoid spider looking creature, the actor from Supergirl and Doomsday says it's an ensemble story. Cary Elwes is also in this film who plays the King. I believe in the opening sequence Djimon Hounsou is singing as it transitions to Anthony Hopkins robot voiceover.

Great reaction and videos as always Boba as someone who love scifi fanstasy im so hype for this has more of a dune vibes than star war I'm excited to see sofia boutella in a staring role like this looking forward to this movies.

It looks epic and action packed. I'm primarily a science fiction person over other genres... Gotta say though - the trailer didn't give me anything that made me connect to or be curious about the characters... I always prioritise story and character portrayal over action and effects. In that regard, I've no idea whether I'll actually be into this or if it'll just be cool cinematography and forgettable action without the substance I crave. I'll check it out though, since I have the Netflix and all 😉

I can't tell if this will do well or not. That being said I am VERY intrigued. It looks like a mishmash of other popular properties with a unique flair that only Zack can pull off. I can't speak yet obviously on the writing or story, but the action and visuals look stellar.

I love Zack Snyders movies for the most part Watchmen and his Dawn Of The Dead are 2 of my favorite movies of all time and I think an Original I.P is going to be great for him because he can go as crazy as he wants without it annoying anyone like his different takes with DC Characters for example ruffled some feathers. I'm very excited for this movie though and I can't wait to see it

I have one issue with this film, its a netflix film. This film looks amazing and znyder films always look best on a big screen, I really wish he would stop making netflix films and have theatrical filme agian, the the last film that was all him in theaters was bvs im pretty sure and the closest he has come scince was josstic league and army if the dead went to theaters for like a week. So unless netflix starts pitting films in theaters, which won't happen were just stuck with the incomplete snyder experience

Yeah but not all sci-fi and while i likes a lot Zacks works(Watchman, 300 and The Snyderverse) im done with sci fi movies, and shame he never did a star wars film, loved to have seen that and like i not interested in this movies and storys lore, even with a great cast, im sci-fi burned out! glad for those excited for this film, but im not one of them, if Zach makes another comic movie or even a historical gangster film ill be into it, but this story...nah!@@BobaTalks

Rebel Moon looks too derivative. I know the concept was originally for a Star Wars movie, but that is working against it now. Because when I watch the trailer I just see a knockoff.

Must have not been smart enough because it was already sinking. Pre-Sequel Trilogy(as in 1,2,3,4,5, and 6) content is the only thing keeping the franchise on life support. Thing would be dead if the Mandalorian wasn't a success.
