Sirloin in cream is a popular national dish that must not be missing on any festive table. Sirloin on cream is literally a national treasure, as I already wrote under one video on sirloin at our RBB. There are about a million recipes for the right and best sirloin sauce, everyone makes their sauce with delicious beef differently. There is no one single correct recipe. What is important about the sirloin is it basics. Root vegetables preferably in the right proportions and beef suitable for the preparation of the sauce. As a side dish a white bread dumpling or Karlovy Vary dumpling is indispensable. In the video you will see the preparation of a simple dumpling from rye toast.
