In the morning I do exercises and yoga very similar to this for 15 min, then I journal and read a mindfulness exercise from the book titled 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels which has been a great help. It's so important to have a routine to manage anxiety.

I did it!! One for each side and I thought “I’m not going to yawn, sigh or swallow” well as soon as I relaxed and just listened to your words- yawn!!! What a relief! Ty

Jesus loves you & died for you on the cross so your sins can be forgiven & so you can have a relationship with him so if you turn & repent & accept Jesus Christ as your Lord & Saviour, you shall be saved Sinners prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, I know that I’m a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness, I believe that you died for your my sins and rose from the dead, I turn from my sins and invite you to come into my heart & life, I choose to trust & follow you as my Lord & Saviour, Amen

Yes, that’s all true, but we still have to manage our anxiety! Jesus would have taught us these exercises if he had have learned about the Vegus nerve!!!

If I find out my therapist had mental issues or depression…. i’m getting up and leaving the room PERIOD you don’t have your own stuff together how the hell can I trust you with mine?!?!?

Mental health practitioners aren’t impenetrable to mental illnesses and trauma lol that’s like saying you wouldn’t want to see a doctor that’s had cancer. I don’t think you understand mental illness.
