Can you show an exercise where it supports I think it's the pelvic area I have issues where I get bladder spasms. My chiropractor usually has to adjust me down. there is just something I can do to get it strong.

My GI Specialist wont be thrilled releasing a tight pelvic floor.....doing kegels to tighten the pelvic
