I actually really like this unit. I picked it up about 2 years ago. It is my primary CPAP backup for my AirSense 10. By not using the heater when on battery I get basically two nights of use out of it (I had been told the 12v plug is u regulated so I don’t go beyond that). By then I’ve got many other sources charged up or running. I can then charge this thing (which takes forever). I haul it out every quarter and test to be sure all it well and store it between 50 and 75%. Thanks for the review!

Yes it’s a beast we use a foldable panel to charge it we use it often so it’s always stored at max charge and we discharge it down to 8 VDC or so on a little compressor cooler it works really well get about 8 hours of cooler time more than enough to freeze things. Thanks for stopping in!

So, I had just received this battery pack yesterday from Amazon (along with the KFD car charger DC adapter for resmed s10 series), charged it all the way to 100% (which took a good 6 hours - it came with one solid bar out of the box) and used it for 7.5 hours to run my ResMed Airsense 10 overnight. It only used up *ONE* bar of juice (~25%), and that was WITH HEATED TUBE, WITH HEATED HUMIDIFIER, AND ALL THE BELLS & WHISTLES ACTIVE! I still have 3 solid bars, or about 75% charge available, or a solid 3 more nights of usage, theoretically. This thing is a beast! I am very impressed. Can’t be beat for just $159, and so compact!

Efficiency is actually 85% which is pretty good. It's a 72,000mah power bank or 266WH. But those 72,000mah are at 3.7V 72,000 x 3.7 = 266,400/1000 266.4WH he was still able to get 227WH for 85% efficiency. When looking for power banks always check the WH capacity to get an idea of what the actual capacity will be.

I would love to be able to connect it to my power station's usb and not have to turn on the inverter which is why I'm buying this in the first place (running the CPAP through the inverter is pretty darn inefficient, especially if I forget to turn it off). Beautiful Detailed & Informative Review. Thank you 🙏. New Subscriber here. 🙋‍♂️ 👊 🍻. This seems to be the best battery 🔋 bank for recharging cell phones ☎️ laptops Etc. In a league of it’s own. Just in case someone wanted to know, this is the same as the old easylonger es720 (green. I tested the easylonger es720 new version (brown) and it works direct DC with the included cord. It runs 24v at 3 amps. This unit and the green easylonger are still good, but you lose efficiency using inverters from the 12v outlet.

I know nothing of electronics but I appreciated the thoroughness of this video. I purchased the renogy 72000/266 battery and same travel adapter as in this video for my resmed airsense 10 and it only lasts between 6-7 hrs on a full charge before battery dies. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong or the battery is defective. I know this is not a forum but anyone have any thoughts? Renogy customer support wasn’t helpful

Awesome review! I am searching for a small-form-factor powerbank to use in my van between my car battery and my 12v fridge.
