Yeah those push pins are pain. Especially when when caked with dirt.... went ahead a bought a box of assorted from Amazon.

What is the size and thread of bolt you put in to remove the belt?

8 x 1.25 I believe type in can am belt removal tool.

That’s my old can am. I put the 860 bbk in it. And I’m the one who built that bike

It was strong but not fully built or properly maintained kept messing up on me finally got it right the nut cut off in the water

When you started it was it in gear ?

Not sure but if your rear brakes work it should start in gear

Gotta ask does all can am atv models use same belt I have 2015 650 outlander xt I love but was trying to push dirt and smoked belt so trying to find best belt to use for price but ultimately reliability comes first hope to hear from you

Yes I believe from the 570 to the 1000 Can use the same belt. Do you have aftermarket clutch? Cvtech is the best bang for buck it also saves belts from slipping and burning up, also never run quad in high under a heavy load. Not saying you did but …

@@JZDIGITAL think that's where I went wrong today got stuck pretty good and i think i was in high and smoked my belt bad it slips early but at speed it seems fine gona switch it out tomm though

What are the biggest Assasinators you can run without upgrading clutching?

These 29.5s need the cvtech clutch in this 570, maybe on a bigger bike like an 850 it has plenty of power but whenever you run these heavy tires I’d run a clutch.

You can get it on Amazon or any hardware store. Amazon this is the one I got. M8 8mm Secondary Clutch Spreader Belt Change Removal Tool for Can-am ATV's and SXS's Bolt M8 x 1.25 x 70, 12.9 CL, Pre Oil, Fully Threaded
