You make this seem easy thanks and I just found your channel this morning (bed removal video was first one I seen) about halfway through I subscribed. My dad passed away about 10 months ago and left me his old 98 K1500, I have a lot of work to do on it but its a 350 4X4 and I have a car so taking my time and fixing one thing at a time shouldn't be too bad. Anyway keep up the good work and thanks again for all you do.

I really like this video. I'm about to replace my fuel pump and this looks like the way to go. I may even paint my frame. Thanks for such a great video.

I would have loved a video or two of the rear suspension disassembly and painting the whole thing. Maybe a time lapse, or two, of the work.

Was the frame just cleaned up and painted or sandblasted..?
@SuburbanRanch Жыл бұрын
@Fernando Mora Half and half. The front was sandblasted after we used one product and didn’t like how it turned out (we have a short video on that). The back was just cleaned and painted. We used Rustoleum primer and paint.
@ronniemartin8540 Жыл бұрын
Did you sand blast frame?
@SuburbanRanch Жыл бұрын
@Ronnie Martin Yes, we did because of a paint we first used didn’t come out well (we have a video on it). The rear was just scrapped and sanded though. We then used Rustoleum primer and paint.

Use KBS Rust seal. You can paint over rust and also brush or spray it. I've done 2 trucks and a g body now with it.

I came here hoping to know the socket size at 2:25. Waste of time. Thanks for letting me know that I can use a socket on the top and bottom at the same time I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't said that. Edit: 13mm for the top.

Show me how to get a left rear shark out of a 95 Tahoe with 100.000 miles on it I don't need to know how to get shocks in and find something that does not have a body on it that's easy in my opinion these videos are absolutely useless they're always working on the new vehicles that is definitely not real world
