Join us for this 15-minute beginner full body resistance band workout. This full body resistance band workout is great for seniors as well. If you need to use a chair during the seated exercises that's totally fine! Only 2 exercises are seated during the entire resistance band workout and they are done together so you will NOT have to get up and down over and over again. We hope you enjoy this beginner friendly full body resistance band workout!

OVERVIEW:
1. 8 Exercises performed in supersets
2. 2 sets of each superset
3. 30 Sec on // 15 Sec off // 30 Sec Ext Breaks
4. Duration: 15:50
EXERCISES:
1. Squat with Pull-A-Part
2. RDL's
3. Seated Rows (Can be done in a chair)
4. Chest Press / Push-Ups (Can be done Standing or in a chair)
5. Bicep Curls
6. OH Tricep Extensions
7. Sumo Squat
8. Shoulder Press

Really enjoy these short workouts. I have chronic pain in various areas, and am not able to lift/move as I used to or wish I could. I like that I can customize these with the bands to lift lighter where I need to. These shorter sessions are also really good when I'm not feeling as motivated - I can convince myself that 15 mins is better than nothing! Thank you!

We've been working out following the video you guys made about 4-5 years ago. Then I noticed this upgraded version and we must say it's a great improvement. We love the quick warm up and simplicity of all the exercises.

I left you a message on one of your other videos saying that I liked your older videos better. Today's video was as good if not better then your long time past ones you made. I really love these workouts. There is one for every level of energy i have so I can be consistent. I love the motivation during the sets and the reminds for form. Thank you so much for these.

Really enjoy your workout videos. One suggestion though. You may want to consider a small wireless body mic. It's difficult to hear you sometimes

Basically my absolute favorite channel. Bought your bands a few years back and have been using your workouts pretty regularly since April 2020. Thank you for this incredible gift. One suggestion I've always meant to make: DJ, would you be willing to say what weight you're using on each exercise? Most of the time I can figure it out based on the colors but it would be cool just to get a general idea if you were say, "using the 60lb band here" or whatever. Blessings to you and your beautiful family.
