Here’s the thing. kzfaq.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

These resistance bands are excellent for travel and on days you can't leave the house, The bands were a big plus during the Covid Crisis when gyms were closed and from boredom at home. Thank you for sharing your workout.

Thank you so much for sharing this workout. I had a doubt though. While doing these exercises I feel completely normal with regard to my posture. However, after the end of the set I can feel a sudden strain upon my shoulders. What can be the reason behind this?

For a newbie like me who hasn't been to gym, maintaining proper posture is difficult. I am trying chest workout as in example 1 but the strain is coming on my back. It is so annoying. I was so motivated to do this.

Sir, I am one of the subscribers of your KZfaq channel and I have been following your workouts session with resistance bands for the past two months. The sessions are great and to the point. But the point of writing you is that from my birth I have pectus excavatum or funnel chest. Now I am 35 yrs old (weight 68 kg) and while doing the chest workout with resistance bands, it got me thinking that for this special condition some specific sets of exercises are needed. I searched in the net for some exercises with resistance bands in case of such condition but I couldn't find any. So, I have turned to you to give me some suggestions/ instructions so that my chest looks good. Besides that I am regularly following your workout sessions and it's working great. I quit weight training few months before starting with resistance bands. I noticed that resistance band gives decent results but cannot be as good as weight training. I tried these workouts for a couple of months. Apart from mid chest exercises, I don't think other exercises are effective. The positioning for upper chest exercises doesn't feel right. The resistance is felt below the chest somewhere. Also, there is a constant rubbing of the resistance band against the skin which hurts the skin. Should have some better upper and lower chest exercises which target the muscles properly.

Yes, you can definitely use the curl bar with these bands for many workouts like biceps curls, squats etc.

Hi Rishi, spot reduction is not possible. You need to lose overall body weight and eventually your chest fat will also go away and for that you need to be in calories deficit. Chest workouts will help you to build and tone the chest muscles.

Hello Bibek, fat around the chest will go away when you start losing overall body weight and that is possible when you stay in calories deficit. These workouts will help you to build and tone chest muscles. So stay in calories deficit with high protein diet and follow these workouts. 👏

Since these workouts are designed for Advanced level, you can do one or two muscle group a day for 6 days and then 1 day rest. Monday- Chest-Triceps Tuesday - Back and Biceps Wednesday - Shoulder and Legs - Abs Thursday- Chest- Triceps Friday - Back and Biceps Saturday - Shoulder and Legs - Abs Sunday - Rest OR Monday- Chest Tuesday - Triceps Wednesday - Back Thursday- Biceps Friday - Shoulder Saturday - Legs and Abs Sunday - Rest

During these exercises, the Hooks and the handles' base continuously rub against the skin of the forearms. Not only it becomes a hurdle during workout, but also caused redness and irritation. Any solution to this or this suffering is inevitable?

Guys, please make sure your arms are too high when you do incline chest press or flys and in case of chest press and chest flys not above your shoulder level else it will shift the focus to the shoulders.

No the first one is analogous to bench press.. And second one to chest flys with weights.... both these exercises are different.. You can bench press with higher weights than the weights u will use in chest flys.

Align the bands under your armpits and press from that position rather than around the outside of your arms. You will get a much better pump on your chest and your shoulders and arms wont burn out so fast.

I really found your workouts to be really helpful thank you for all the effort. I have a question i have only a single resistance band which is 30lbs resistance, can we do more sets to achieve better results?

Hi Aman, main gym me workout karta tha but lockdown ke time maine 10 mahine resistance bands se workout kiya aur maine kafi muscles gain kiye.. Agar aap high protein diet ke sath sath resistance bands se regularly workout karte hai to ghar pe hi body bana sakte hai.

Its good to have other resistance bands too but you can try stretching it little bit more to increase the resistance.

Decline press aur incline press kartey waqt kya trapez muscle bhi hit hota hai.? When i do i feel trapz muscle bhi hit ho raha hai..! Yeh press lagatey waqt shoulder ko kitna height mai rakhna chaiye? ..rply plz

Don't train same muscle group everyday else it won't recover and you will not see results. Train each muscle only twice a week and not in consecutive days.
