It's been a while since I upload my video! I'm so glad that I finally have time to put out a video!
In this video, I did a review of the Hyper Tough 12v max 3/8" brushless impact wrench! This mighty little impact wrench is very capable. What's even better, it comes with a 2ah and a charger, all for $70!
I hope this review is helpful for people who are looking to get it. Don't forget to subscribe for more tool reviews and recommendations!

Been Using it daily as a professional, it definitely holds its own weight compared to my m12 impact. Also yes adapter affect trq, there’s 21mm 3/8 sockets look into Tekton 6-24mm

I also bought one. It works well. The trigger sensitivity is a bit touchy, but otherwise no issues with good power. The same company also makes the hercules impacts, FYI.

How do you know this? Is it true?
@JayBird911
@JayBird911 8 ай бұрын
Yes it is true...if you look closely on each of the labels, you will see they are both made by a company named "Intertek"...I think the Baur is also made by them as it looks identical to the hercules.

Intertek is not a manufacturing company, it's a certification laboratory and their name on a product just means that it passed their tests and was certified.

I have a black and decker bdcs80i (Discontinued) it is an 8v impact gun/driver that is tiny and super handy working on dinky smaller things but the power is quite surprising for it's size. I bought it on clearance at Walmart for 23 bucks! (Technically bought three of them 2 as gifts) Without a doubt one of my favorite tools even though it is nothing special. A 12-volt might have more power but it also brings more size. I have no idea why they don't make anything similar now. I've actually replaced the motor and the battery pack (which is internal) Also one of the ones I gave as a gift got given back to me😂 Anywho this is probably quite adequate for what it is... Honestly probably a great thing for around the house and such. The size is pretty close to my 8v.

Hypertoughs brushless stuff seems better than their Hart brand. I doubt it's in a league of Milwaukee but it's a great DIYer tool or just a backup impact

I cannot find it around me.. and it's southwestern Ontario... They did not make it to Canada yet, I guess. But they have the old 'brushed' drills at local WalMart. Maybe I should wait for them to be imported here.. =(

Another channel have tested the max capabilities of this impact. The max break away is 165. The 2 Amp battery will stall under stress. This thing is nowhere near the ability of m12 stubby...

Its a nice DIY tool but this I will guarantee in no way, shape or form. Does it have more power than the Milwaukee M2 stubby not even close sorry to break anybody’s bubble. It’s probably a good little tool and will serve its purpose.

I think thats all its trying to be. There are walmarts everywhere even in small towns or close to them. Walmart is trying to cut into HF market and for rural areas into others markets. Truly making it a one stop shop. They got Hart and Hyper tough for best and hyper tough for good.

I would bet that hyper tough is made by TTI the same company that makes Milwaukee. I have both Milwaukee and hyper tough 12v stuff and the design seems similar like it was made by the same people and hart is made by TTI, they are open about it. Milwaukee is of slightly better quality but not always worth the money. The main advantage of milwaukee for me is the ability to get parts, i do not think hyper tough will sell you parts?
@mikej5959
@mikej5959 7 ай бұрын
I dont think it is made by TTI. It looks like it could be but nothing on box or tool indicates that. Milwaukee, ryobi and Hart all say TTI on box and tools somewhere.

Just save your money and get a better brand impact wrench. Could have just saved a little at a time and got the Milwaukee. Better warranty, better batteries, nicer quality, more tools to take advantage of those batterries, etc.
@mikej5959

Milwaukee is crazy expensive to be buying something for which you may use it only half dozen times a year. I get what youre saying but thats what Ryobi and Hart are for or even harbor freight brands like Herc and Bauer. TTI makes all three Ryobi , milwaukee and Hart. Milwaukee being gold standard but its clearly for pros and 2.5x the price of Ryobi, 5 times the price of Hyper tough. Its not just saving up a little more money.
