Founder of Akrivia and creator of the Chronomètre Contemporain, Rexhepi has garnered attention for his visionary watchmaking skills. He tells of his obsession with watches starting at a young age, traveling from Kosovo to Switzerland, and his apprenticeship at Patek Philippe. The young watchmaker also discusses how his love for the Patek Philippe 10-Day Tourbillon propelled him into jobs with BNB Concept and F.P. Journe himself before eventually creating Akrivia.

If there is such a thing as a horology rock start, it's this dude. With all the egos in this field, seeing such humility from the absolute best is a breath of fresh air. I hope I can at least see one of his creations up close.

I love this guy. I do find his branding confusing though….is he RR or Akrivia? He could be the next FP Journe for sure but needs to sort his brand out?
