Great job , it amazes me that OBD2 scanners are not generic and you end up with more than 1 scanner to complete repairs.

i have same topdon as you and i do have some problems with it , i used it on a vw crafter 2.5 2010 today , did a full scan and only communicated with ecm , so i thought maybe canbus issues, so i tried vcds and it read all modules so it can lead you astray sometimes, no one tool does all , but can be very frustrating ! thanks for uploading you videos and sharing your knowledge Jimmy

I've had this with my topdon mate, it needs to be connected to the Internet when doing the resets on landrovers and ford's or it fails. Worth a try on the next one 👍

Absolutely magical cars. Love mine but never had any DPF Issues as i monitor soot levels and take it for a decent drive once a month. My only worry is if I get any sensor issues or split hoses that ends up blasting the dog to kingdom come. Then I’ll be giving you a ring haha

Do u work on electric cars teslas and the likes and is this a good trade to go into with all the ever evolving changes and technology and do u find we are on the cusp of maxing out on how far we can go with all the tech or do u think there will be ever so different changes again in the future with the type of work and more technologys.is it a good trade to go into as a young lad or young man wanting a career change? Do you know what caused the DPF to fill in the first place ? Isn't there usually an underlying issue or was it just too much "city" driving ?

What was the root cause? A sensor? Air intake through a split hose? Too many short journeys? Something made it fill up

Hi again mate - My autel always wins on dpf resets over my other machines just bought couple new tools to try as been having issues with Vauxhall's and resetting with my autel , what was the problem with the Mondeo reset ?
