Amazing video! I live in a condo that has a very similar machine and in an attempt to save money I’ve cancelled my gym membership and decided to utilize what I’ve got! This will definitely help!

Hi, wall mounted half cable cross over arms are available these days, if we install two of them at approx. 5 ft distance, can we do all of these exercises (except pullup, chin ups - for which pull up bar can be installed separately)? Thanks in advance,

Wondering how you call the straight bar you use for the squat, lunges and overhead. I don't know the exact term for it and that makes it hard to find one online. Thanks in advance!
