I have a set of generic fractional plates and, while they don't get a TON of use, they're great for the odd times I need/want them. It's nice to be able to nickel and dime the weight on movements like weighted pullups or OHP singles. Plus, it's just handy to have them in my bag for when I need to put 5lbs on the bar, but don't wanna track down a pair of 2.5s in the gym, since I swear there are only like 3 (not 3 sets. just 3) of them in the entire place for some dumb reason. The Rogue ones look suuuuper nice!

What are the inner diameter for the .25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0 ?

The inner diameter is 50.40MM, just under 2". They fit snug on olympic Barbells
