Dr. Sperry is disgusting! Blows his nose, slurps water and did he really conclude all of Leila’s injuries came from a “panicked person doing cpr.” Disgusting.

“What type of resuscitative efforts involve the labia majora?” Dr. Fraud didn’t have a good answer for that one.

Yeah, liver laceration, and a dissected pancreas from a serious force...like from a car accident for instance. Not a panicked, haphazard Heimlich maneuver. I am going to keep saying it...people untrained in the Heimlich maneuver, or cpr typically have the opposite issue of NOT applying enough pressure, or force. You’re hesitant to cause more damage!

If you saw someone with a knife sticking out of their back, would that cause you concern? “It would depend on how it got there . . . Everyone is different.” How this guy was allowed to take the stand as an expert is a mystery to me.

His testimony is a huge red flag. It is VASTLY different from the other expert witnesses. He is such a liar. Wow!

If I paid a “doctor” 7500.00 dollars to testify as an expert and he stated “the healing process was messed up” I would definitely be asking for a refund, or at a minimum free chicken for LIFE ! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Next to Dr.Derrisa (sp?), this guy doesn’t hold a candle. She was professional with just the right touch of empathy, extremely knowledgeable and loved how she through in touches of laymen terminology.

Had to up the playback speed. I’ve given multiple attempts to make it through this one portion of the trial. I have fallen asleep, or gotten too annoyed. He grates on my nerves in ways I cannot even determine really. The obvious lies for one though.

I wish we did this in the UK, putting trials out there for people to see. Here , they would probably say it goes against their human rights or something.
