Really nice to see that Josh is genuinely interested in the food, not just for filming. Like he didn't get tired of it at all and wanted to keep going despite having been there for so long. I'm sure many of us wouldn't have minded a longer video with even more cheese testing, but I think Ollie was about to wreck havoc haha :)

The Dutch pronounciation of Gouda cheese is "How-da". My grandmother would get so annoyed with us and correct us each time. It became a bit of a joke and she would try to swat us as we intentionally mispronunced it. This video was so fun, I love it when the JOLLY parents appears in a video.

Close, but not quite. We do pronounce the "G" but not as hard as they did in the video. It is a sound made by almost touching the back of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, letting the air through a tiny gap. ( Like doing an "H" but press the back of your tongue up a bit more) In most parts of the country this is a hard, raspy sound, almost like you've got some mucus you're trying to get out of your throat. In other parts of the country (mostly southern) we have a "zachte G" ( soft G) which sounds more like a whisper coming from the back of your mouth. It is difficult to explain as I cannot think of a similar sound in the English language.

its not how da, its a very pronounced dutch g with how josh pronounced it, josh wsa close but missed the first letter. ""G how(dropping the h sound) da"" but the dutch g which is pronounced kind of like clearing ur throat. or like when you spit on someone before you spit you have that kind of gurggling open throat sound which also is closer to the dutch g.

The cheese/sweet pairing is something of a regional thing in the UK. Certainly my family, from Yorkshire, think nothing of having a slice of rich fruitcake (like a christmas cake) with a nice sharp cheddar or double gloucester. It really works. Gets odd looks in many places though :)

In Orkney there’s an island I grew up on called Shapinsay and the cheese they make is INCREDIBLE! My fav way to eat it is with homemade rhubarb compote on dropped scone (a little Scottish pancake) The cheese is creamy, crumbly and sort of sweet. It’s also delicious on a baked potato 😊

I love how Ollie's dad tasted the food first in the beginning and when it was safe, the kids finally ate it. Also, can we have a compilation of Ollie's creative advertisements for VPN? I really need to watch it over and over again. 😂

Seeing ollies dad being so calm, compared to how erratic ollie is at times made me think of how erratic he couldve been during his younger days. Or how calm and composed ollie would be in the future

I live outside Adelaide in South Australia, and I really REALLY wish we had such a place like this cheese-train in Adelaide. I say this because I can strongly relate to Ollie's dad, being a cheese lover myself and this looks like it would be an amazing place to visit. Hope to see more cheesy videos in the future!
