i realy enjoy this kind of videos, you manage to get a realy nice combination, drone footage amd static cam and mounted cam. i loved that picnic place, realy nice and quiet. Also with grills... damn, that would not last long in my country :( and the country side amazing! PS put a question to the shop owner for me, if he need one more worker in the shop :D

I appreciate you making this video. I have been reviewing this bike A LOT. I love the style of the bike and all the stats and options it comes with stock. I’ve been mainly researching this bike because I am going to pursue adventure riding., I’ve been planning for awhile (6months) on getting a motorcycle license and financing this bike. I like that you made this down to earth video on it cause I’ve been watching a lot of videos of this bike from India and a few from Alaska, and a guy that does videos from either UK or I believe Australia. I’m from New England Massachusetts(USA) myself and I’ve been inspired by all the adventure videos on it but mainly yours cause of the fact that you might be from around my way.(could be wrong) Besides that just wanted some feedback on more of your adventures on it. It seems like your a big guy like myself and I noticed in another video you might of had a vstom if I'm not mistaken. I think it might be smaller but I know there on 2 different spectrums. Not at all comparing apples to apples. But anyways. My thought is that as a true beginner (after doing the MSF course) and getting the license would you recommend it for me as being 6'3" 225? I've been thinking logically on this bike cause of insurance, me being a beginner,great price point etc.. would you go for it? Also I'm looking forward to your 3,6 and yearly review on it too. Nice work. Hopefully in the future I'll already be riding on it by that time. I am planning on going to Connecticut to a dealer in the east coast to sit on it etc... I think it's the only dealer out here anyways. But once again would love your feedback. Think I babbled long enough. Safe riding my friend. ✌🏻

These are great bike's although only 410cc 4 stroke 24 BHP. but cheap to purchase and maintained. Not highway bikes but keep to the back roads and give yourself more time to get to where you are going.

Interesting: The one we get in the UK has fuel injection (and ABS)…. looking forward to your experiences.

Your video showed up in my feed today. Probably because I bought a '19 Himalayan Non-ABS model 6 weeks ago. You presented some misinformation in your video that I see others have commented on. Not easy Vlogging is it? Better to do it over than to confuse people though when you are talking about specifics of the motorcycle. :) Regarding the off road boots and the shift lever. It is adjustable. You took the time to adjust the mirrors for off road, so you should have taken the time to adjust the shift lever instead of giving up on the safety of a good pair of boots. Nice review, I really like the Himalayan. But the bike has fuel injection, so no carburetors. It doesn't have automatic high idle, so you do need manually raise the idle to warm it up.

I have one 1500 miles now and it just gets better , worth every penny. Fuel injection though.

Actually it's a 4stroke engine and 2018 model comes with ABS and fuel enjection .

Huh. I've been subscribed to your channel. Just found out about this bike, and lo and behold, you have one. Cool! I think I may have subscribed to your channel because you have/had(?) the VLX 600 (I have one, too) and you were motorcycle camping. Just out of curiosity (though I think I already know), would you have gone on the same trails with the VLX 600, or no way (especially through the water)? Looking at the specs, it's not that much lighter than the VLX 600: 421 lbs vs. 458 lbs respectively. And I suspect I'll have panniers for cross-country trips. So I guess the final question would be, which bike, from your experience, would be better if one wanted to motorcycle camp and go off the beaten path at times and explore off-road, while traveling cross-country?
