Hello from the states! I really really like my Himalayan so far. It is an amazing bike for back roads and twisties and has great low end torque. Understanding that it's not designed for power at high speed is kind of important to keep from being disappointed. I have hit 80 and it hums, but trying to climb elevation at 65-75, it starts to lose power but that isn't its design. Low end torque is great. 2nd, 3rd gear climbing a mountain on twisties is a blast. I am going to do a 3 month update and hope to have some good footage. Thanks for the comments and ATB. Hey! I hope your trip is awesome! As far as the Shadow goes, it is the one that got away in my opinion. I've had 4 bikes after it and still have not found one as comfortable to ride. The only reason I got rid of it was to do more trails and forest type camping. But as far as road trips....Shadow all the way. Have the best time and safe travels!!!!! ATB

fireballmalone1 glad you are ok, and busy, all is OK on my side, also a new job, riding bicycle everyday to work even if in the moring now are less then 6 degrees Celsius, working on getting a small pice of land (510squre meters = 5500squre feet) outside the city for a 3 dorms house and a big garage and maybe a barbeque and small vegetable garden :)
