Shame they couldn't get the flag right, should have used the English flag not the Union flag. Just a pet peeve of mine. That said. Looks like a great crew, fair winds and following seas guys.

Mid 60s myself, without youtube in my youth, living this kind of lifestyle just never occurred to me... don't get me wrong though, I'd never trade the time I grew up during... We had different adventures, but the 60s and 70s was a great time to be young...

Oh gosh I can't explain how much this blog affects my life! Born in Cape Breton Nova Scotia, my life was always surrounded by water and water activities, glorious beaches, clamming, diving, etc. Now here I am in the middle of Nevada Usa desert. A fish without water. I love love your amazing posts, and they bring me such joy! Thank you always always!

Lucky, lucky people. For 40 yrs I've wanted to go to Lord Howe. Now I'm 70 I fear it won't happen. Soak it up guys. Enjoy the diving & the diversity. And report back on what you see please. One more thing. Respect the Tasman Sea.

How thick are the wetsuits you use and what is the water temperature? When diving in British Columbia, Canada we were using 7mm for 10-12C water. These were very difficult for multi-dives since they were impossible to get on when even a little bit damp, so you had to keep them on between dives. Most divers use dry suits these days.

Hey mate 5mm in winter but summer we dive in just a 3mm or even board shorts and a 2mm top. Water temp gets to 24 in summer and 16 in winter

You all look so bored and unhappy (especially Molly) - I guess you´d rather be at home like me, dreaming of living on a sailboat, going for a black water dive, exploring distant shores and islands, always looking for sweet Peanuts.

Man you should cut back on the interview part... We still remember the last episodes; if not it would be much worse, because the viewer would think- wtf they are talking about- so by saying this: try to establish a red line throughout each episode like you have done so often in the past. And if you bring interviews- they have to be related to content of the current episode, put things into a bigger perspective or tell something very interesting, if best also in some way related to some event which has formally been shown. Also too many interview sequences in a row are tiring.
