To anyone reading this, BE HAPPY, because at least the government makes these companies report their ingredients. They could not have labeled the ingredients, but they did, and now we are more aware..... But honestly, the rest of the world doesn't read ingredients, so adding ingredients doesn't bother their businesses.

Paul, you should totally get into the business of frozen fruit! I can't find organic frozen papaya anywhere, and managing a supply/ ripening chain for them is labor intensive. Get some organic Costa Rican papaya farmers together, ripen and freeze them, and sell them to me for a big mark up!!! PS you're great, I've been following you and eating animal based very close to how you eat for close to two years. I started pure carnivore and eventually hit electrolyte issues like you, and your pivot to fruit eating helped me figure out my current diet. Thanks for what you do!!

And it's good cause I know that I not he only "crazy" people that read all the labels and try to make it logic as a hunter and gathering descendent. Not that anyone will ever read this comment but I appreciate the work Paul does and I think he has a very logical approach to how to eat. I don't agree with everything he says (like vegetables are bad and to avoid them at all cost/oatmeal is bad/etc) but he recommends eating the way I have instinctually eaten my whole adult life. Very basic single ingredient foods that are mostly animal based seems to be the way we evolved to eat and a modern diet is a complete abomination of the way humans should eat.

Started a carnivore journey a couple months ago, but I find myself drifting more and more toward this style of animal based stuff. Been trying to stay mostly grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs, no sugar bacon, Kerrygold butter, and some hard cheesed and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and some cayenne occasionally). But I've started introducing some plain Greek yogurt, raw honey, and frozen mixed berry blends like raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. The berries haven't bothered me at all really, so I'm hoping to keep that routine going. Love your content sir!

Thank you Dr Saladino for this video I have a practical question since the labelling of meats isn't always reliable , aren't there some physical properties to best choice meats ? 1. like the color of the fat : whitish = grain fed / yellowish = grass fed ? 2. like the place of the fat : marbled = grain fed / between skin and muscle = grass fed ? 3. like ..... smell ! : grainfed minced meat = foul smell / grassfed = like minced lambmeat = zero smell ? thank you for giving your opinion on this keep up your excellent work

Paul i would love for you to shop at farmer joes here in cape coral florida. They barely have any seed oils in their store and they are known for their fruits. Youd fall in love.

what I dont understand is if the phitic acid, etc causes the issues during the meal or it causes for some days, or weeks. Etc Like if I have some oats, or plants with lectins this morning, but then I eat animal based lunch and dinner, will it affect lunch and dinner absorbtion, and next day, for a week? during the digestive cycle of few days? or is it restrictive to only that breakfast?

if you want the healthiest cheese and fermented fruits, you should make them yourself. its extremely easy and time efficient. mainly just waiting for mother nature to do its thing. highly recommend it
