I love watching you because you're soothing and calming, you're mature and not obnoxious but you're still cute and goofy at times, you're just the perfect combination of all things good and you show that you have your downfalls too which makes you relatable and more importantly, human. I can just tell you are a nice person who has been brought up properly and you have your head screwed on and you have not let your success get to your head, thats why I watch you because I like your personality from what you have shown us and everyone likes a nice person. Brands would want you so much because you are poised and classy and will represent them without them having to worry. Sleep is so important!! After years of suffering and my mental health deteriorating my doctor suggested melatonin and some sleeping meds for a week, it changed my life! After a week of sleep I feel like a new person and it made me feel better about my brain!! ❤️

I suffered from BAD insomnia throughout august (i have an unrelated chronic health issue but i discovered treating my anxiety was the main issue).. i wasnt sleeping at all for 4 days straight at one point. here is what i did that actually worked/helped me... -increased exposure to the sun (45 minutes minimum outside a day in direct sunlight). the blue light helps fix your circadian rhythm -walked minimum 30 mins a day/and/or gym...looks like you already got this downpat! this helped me HEAPS as i never exersized properly before this lol...got myself a PT and all.. -exhausted myself someway throughout the day through any form of activities, walking, shopping just anything..ive been off work since may due to my unrelated health condition so binge watching youtube videos and doing nothing at home was my thang until i tried to properly fix my shit sleep. -Drenched my pillow in a good quality LAVENDER OIL.. my mind now associates the scent of lavender oil with SLEEP! -Sleep Meditation videos - this helped rarely but worth giving a shot -Over the counter sleeping pills: used occasionally if i really had a shit mental health day due to poor sleep/and my condition... but made me feel worse throughout the next day. -Melatonin: was a complete fail for me - tried the spray and pills given by my GP. Works for some people. -REDUCE/CUT OUT time spent watching tv/on phone...this is MAJOR! The key for me was sunlight, exersize, low intensity walking/CLEARING the mind... I would also recommend yoga in the daytime or 30 mins before bed... a warm bath with lavender oil/epsom salt to relax the muscels...this helps me wind down! sorry for the long post ya'll but im really passionate about my sleep now lol!
