Hailing from the titular town Sano in Tochigi, this bowl of Ramen is perfect if you want an easy-to-eat yet scrumptious bowl of heartwarming food. So what makes Sano Ramen so good? We think it's down to the hard work of the chef! This week's chef is Kobayashi Kazuya, owner of the new store in Sano Aodakeuchi Sano Ramen Kazuya which opened on June 2nd, 2023. A rookie in the world of Ramen, but this was far from a Rookie's dish!
