One of my acquaintance also faced this issue. The agency said the website would be ready in 1-2 months and even after 7-8 months it was not ready. At the end the website was never finished.And cost for these agencies are really high for average citizen in our country

And when it comes to color I guess you have to be specific and send the developer the color code not the color name, may be this little things was messed up with Sara I guess, but in other hand developers must me response whether its a men or women thay have talk respectfully and understand their requirements

I work with an agency and we get clients all the time who demand things saying we have paid you. There is a thing in contract that 3-4 revisions will be made and all the cost are transparent. Even after those revisions are done, the clients still demand making more changes even after the revisions are per the contract are done and they always say we have paid you plus we have other clients too and we can't dedicate all the time to one campaign. So we don't know the other sides story. Not saying that this person is wrong, but this is just one persons story we are seeing.

As a person from a technical background, there are complications in making websites, I agree that the organization are unprofessional towards the client, but doesn't mean that she can blame the entire men for a guys mistake , she could sue the organization get the money and things for her efforts instead say that all men are out to get and destroy her business. Kudos to her for bringing this issue forward.

This is what happens when so called influncer like sarah promotes bad products and so many people buy those bad expensive bad products just because their fav. Influencer promoted that and talked good about that but in reality that product is a massive fail that every influencer speaks bad about that product but then there is sarah who speaks good about that product.
