Start your day with this invigorating 15 minute morning yoga routine designed to awaken your body and mind. This full-body yoga flow focuses on improving shoulder mobility, tightening your core, and strengthening your glutes. Move slowly through a balancing, twisting, and opening sequence while practicing a calm, focused breath. This was nice. Especially because the flow is a bit difficult. The focus it requires is nice to stop the thinking mind. Also loved the stretches at the end to slow down a bit

Just finished and I feel looser. Kept getting a bit lost though, why is it when I do yoga I forget which is left and which is right? I'm 63, thought I had it worked out years ago!!

So grateful for you!! And it's so exciting when you put out a new video, we both try the new ones right away lol. I love doing night time wind down yoga, would you consider doing more of those?
