I don't think women, particularly feminist or aggressive black women(who usually don't acknowledge it) realize how offputting this disposition is to men. I personally find it unattractive over the long haul. Some spice is good, but a woman can't be like this daily. It's just awful. When men see this they do one of two things, back away and move on because she is not wife material, or he just pushes for the sex and moves on because the attitude makes the sex better(basically a hit and run) without having to commit to the attitude. I also have a trade outside of transit work. I also fix houses and also do UberEats and DoorDash as a side hustle. I'm white and there's a black woman I totally look up to, she's head of marketing for a big IT company here in the UK. She is well spoken, elegant, dignified, educated, intelligent, and graceful in her word and actions and I look at her and aspire to be like her. She is my age, 50's , and I despair of the young ones and the ladies in their thirties still single. My niece who is mixed race, got pregnant at 17, is now 29 and has never had a job, stays up till 3/4 am sleeps all day and my brother and his Jamaican wife take care of their grandchild. She does very little and never has done. I shake my head, where will she be when they have both passed on? The father returned to Nigeria never to be heard of again. Education should be the starting point, the foundation, travel, self reliance, good manners ... all old fashioned and obsolete ideas
