Savage 7 INTERVAL FITNESS AND BOXING WORKOUT is for all levels. Once again Nate Bower brings heat and creativity to the masses with boxing and fitness fusion workouts. You'll run through a group of seven exercises in 1-minute intervals with short active recovery movements between sets. adding a group fitness setting to the mix will further inspire and motivate you to push hard and get the most out of this crusher of a workout. When you add boxing, interval training, conditioning, creativity, and a group fitness atmosphere to the mix, you know you are in for a dope workout.

By far the best conditioning workout available on KZfaq. I'm into boxing since a year ago and when I miss a training day, I do this training and I guarantee that it's sometimes more difficult than what we do at the club.

Awesome workout man, I'm trying to get back in shape at the minute as I got a bit weak while traveling for past few months and this one pretty challenging but also interesting enough for someone who used to do martial arts. I love your shadowboxing workouts as well, great content! I use them 2-3 times a week to keep my routine interesting.

I'd thought I was getting fairly fit with your excellent shadow boxing sets until I hit that one. Awesome balance of exercises to boost every bit of your body. Again, great motivation. Challenging but not aggressive. Comments timed perfectly for when you know we're breaking. Thanks.

I weight about 120-140 lbs what oz of boxing gloves can i used because 16 oz is big for me

I think so... 12 is good enough for everyone to do some sparring, if u need to hit the bag you can use 8 ounces or 10.
