If i see Hoffman in saw xi credit scene i will probably have a heart attack

I really want to see Amanda and Hoffman make a game together, and explore that sort of "sibling rivalry". Explain how Hoffman found out about Amanda's involvement in Gideon's death, how Amanda became disillusioned with John's philosophy, maybe because of Cecilia which they sorta teased in Saw X

Honestly what I wonder, if they continue it from the moment John and Amanda walk out of the mansion, what would they even do? They have no reason to stay there. I think it would work a lot better if the opening trap in Saw 11 is the "belly scratcher" from the post-credit scene in X, we'd get to see a trap in action we only saw a little of before, and from there we can continue on with John, Amanda and Hoffman as we build towards the events of Saw 3.

I haven't seen anyone mention it before but the final trap is really similar to the main trap of saw 5 and saw 2 where a group are tested and each room is designed to remove 1 person. As in people seem to be asking where the next saw will start but it's always felt natural to me that the gas room trap of saw X was designed to leave Cecilia alive, and her test continues in a way that looks like saw 6 and saw 3 It feels natural

I guess I'm the one that got this Dr. Lynn Denlon rumors to grow lol. So, here's what legitimately happened. I was in SAW group chat on FB at 2am and one of our members sent out this thread of this post on twitter and I saw film updates post on twitter and the news of Bahar and I wasn't sure and I was listening to everyone debate on whether it was true or not. To me plot wise and storyline wise it would make sense to have Lynn be in Saw 11 and literally I was like, I'll post it to reddit and see what they say and put it under rumors. So, when I posted it, I said nothing is confirmed until Lionsgate post it. I gave my reasonings if it was true and how cool I thought it would be if Bahar did come back. Sure, enough it wasn't true (which I figured) but I was blow away of how crazy it got because, then it was on Facebook chats, and forum pages and such it went viral. So I'm glad you guys addressed it in the video. I was shocked by how much traction this post got.

If the interview is anything to go by, I'm getting the idea that they're going with the "Kill Bill" approach. In other words, Saw X is the first part of the interquel story and Saw XI is the second. The real question is where does Henry getting captured by Hoffman fit into the story? As for a potential show...I strongly doubt it will ever happen, but this is what I what I want if they did: A prequel series exploring a young John Kramer (all we know about his history is that he was an architect). We can get a glimpse of a young Amanda and young Hoffman sprinkled in throughout to learn more about them (the bad history with her dad and Hoffman's relationship with his sister). It would probably be an HBO show because there is absolutely no way it would work on basic cable. The only disappointing thing is that there would be no Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith or Costas Mandylor.

The only idea I can think of for Spiral 2 which I would enjoy is if Zeke gets sentenced for the traps in Spiral, and then the games somehow happen inside a prison, which would be harrowing. The whole time Zeke is being tempted to convert to John's philosophy.

I think the best way to go for the next installment is to start linking the story with the other movies in the franchise, jigsaw for example, and try to make it go full circle by the end of this "new storyline", simply because having movies that happen in-between the old ones seems like a one-off gimmick to me

OH! Also I think Deigo survived his trap but I dont remember anything becoming of that test, like why was he separated from the others. Maybe if Cecilia is in a series of tests / traps in Saw 11 he'll be integrated

I still think us seeing Hoffman is a TON of speculation- I just don't want to be disappointed and there hasn't been any real clear indicators that this next film is "Hoffman-centric"

I am that one person that never ever wanted Hoffman to be a part of this story, his character never grew on me, not to mention that cheesy line "epic bad luck" he sounded more plausible in Saw 3 with the small amount of lines that he had.

Stopped watching this franchise after part 4. Saw X got my interest back. Going to watch the entire series now(Saw X in between 1 & 2). Sounds like I could skip Spiral.

I hope they do Saw 11 and 12 wrap it up in a nice trilogy that slots in between Saw 1 and 2. Don't try and drag it out which is where i think the original run of movies failed, they did so good initially and wanted to keep the train going and we got Saw 5 and Saw 3D.

By the way, the screenwriters of this Saw 11 movie are Leigh Whannell and James Wan! I don't know, do you know these? Finally, I hope the photographer Adam character from the first movie returns and he is not actually dead, there are a lot of clues in the movies! I'm not a fan. Cecilia is just such an over the top evil villain. If she had a mustache, shed be twirling it. SAW is about John and his twisted morality and his subjects trying to conform to it to survive. At least to me.
