Agree with Adam, Melton & Dunstan are very trap orientated (very creative minds) so when he says "angry" hopefully that means there are a ton of viscous and sickest traps ever for Saw film.

i’d LOVE to see hoffman be brutal and angry but part of me is hoping that the anger we see will be from lawrence? i hate that’s it’s never explained why him of all ppl become an apprentice and he contributed a good amount to the traps bc of his surgical skills. maybe his wife left him, he can’t see his daughter, his loses his job, his life is essentially ruined so he goes down a dark and angry path and becomes an apprentice?

Oooh I like that theory. It just depends on if Cary Elwes is secretly planning on coming back. I would only want Dr Gordon back if Cary is happy to come back and doesn’t feel forced/ feel absolutely miserable on set. Now we know that Cary hasn’t had the best relationship with the producers of Saw since they didn’t pay him what they promised and Cary sued them in 2005 (they settled out of court), he later then did the Saw VII appearance. However, relationships do change and maybe there’s not that much bad blood between Cary & the production anymore, we don’t know. Cary has said in interviews prior to Saw X’s release that he had no plans of returning but was “happy for the franchise doing well”. Note that this is before Saw X’s release. With the huge success of Saw X, Cary could be considering a comeback. Maybe he thought the franchise was dead after Final Chapter- Spiral and there was no point BUT the critical and commercial success could tempt him. The latest movies he has appeared in as a major role have not made back their budgets (apart from Mission Impossible 7). Actors do care about how profitable movies are and so Cary could be tempted to comeback to a profitable franchise to give his career a bit more of a boost. Hopefully he’d get a nice slice of the $100 million+ revenue pie that Saw XI would generate. I don’t see him having a major role BUT I do see the film explaining what happened to Dr Gordon. Even a small cameo would be great. Like whilst John is in Mexico, who is looking after Dr Gordon in the lair- has he recovered? Is he adjusting to life as a Jigsaw accomplice with a completely new ideology? How is his failing relationship?

I have a feeling Amanda rigs her first game in 11 and he victim will be Cecilia. I feel it will be an opening trap too, to tie up her arc and Hoffman finds out (hence her being tested again in Saw 2).

I don't know how I feel about this. Nothing against Dunston, been following him since Feast and Project Greenlight, but I hope this isn't going to pivot back to schlock. Don't get me wrong, lifelong SAW fan here, but I think X really struck a great balance and I hope it continues that level of storytelling.

I just rewatched Saw X just now and I've seen that when Parker Sears and Cecilia were fighting, there was an open stair beside the area where they were fighting to peek their head out of the hole. Mannnnn! Why did they not see that?

I don't really know how much they can do with John because it's a possibility that it will take place between two and three and by the time two came out he was almost on a hospital bead so I think Amanda and Hoffman will take the lead this time

I would go crazy if they brought back Logan aswell. I know that Hoffman must be in it but it would also make sense to have Logan aswell because of the timeline. Like we know that Hoffman is going to be back but I think you could use Logan as a twist ending for this one. Imagine all 4 disciples in one room !

I sort of hope we see Gordon out of nowhere as a final linchpin against Cecilia and they're just keeping it under deep wraps, maybe in the stinger a whole "Hello Dr. Peterson, you don't know me, but I know you" even if it's just his voice on a tape and we don't see the man himself.

Amanda doesn't believe in the ideology because she ended up being thrown into the needle pit in saw 2. It wasn't part of the plan, and she had already paid for her sins in her eyes . In my opinion, any way . I dont see any need for further explanation .

They’re not gonna go beyond that all they have to do is just do the moves. I came up with the ideas for something that both of you would have to understand this. I am the one who gave them the idea to go back to the basics, but if I write them a prequel, I want them to do it. I’ll give it to James WAN and I want him to do it with Leah now because I want him involved not going on. We do need some answers of why Adam is not shown alive. He needs to be alive order for my character me to save him from that nerve gas house so I hope that both of you realize that I hope that this will give you guys an eye-opener And I hope that this will get you to see it. I am the one who gave them the idea of going back to basics and on a prequel side of things as well, but I can give them a prequel find out who is riding the next one and maybe they can ride in my ending for them, actually get a chance to kill off Cecilia Peterson and actually get me into this movie with cool people I know And I hope that you will know this it was my idea and it was me that gave them the idea of come back to basics

This is kinda disapointing to me. I think these guys that were responsible for saw 4-7 weren't really good. Saw X was fantastic, don't understand why they discontinued those writers. My hope for Saw 11 has really just diminished

Are you joking? Saw x was bad being on the same level as saw 7. Same writers wrote even more terrible jigsaw and spiral. So I'm really excited that writers of saw 4-7 are back(yes, saw 7 was bad as well), cause they are much better movies than saw 8-10

@@user-dr5mr5ih8f That’s your opinion and that’s fine. 4-7 had some strong moments and 6 was good. The others couldn’t compare to Leigh Whannels writing. Jigsaw was bland and I haven’t seen Spiral because it doesn’t interest me, but I’ve heard that’s nothing special either. Saw X was great and most people agree with that statement. It did something completely different by putting John on the forefront and also having him directly involved with the games. If you don’t like that, it’s fine. I did tho and many others did as well and I’m sure we all would love to see Saw 11 being made by the same guys that delivered Saw X

Wasn't saw 4-7 the start to the decline of Saw. Having a writer who worked on those movies doesn't sound all too appealing. I for one am a die hard saw fan and will watch 11 regardless and actually liked all of the movies including 4-7 but you can't deny the writing started to get a little mid in the last few movies as they seemed to only care about pushing out more "gore porn".
