I can remember when custom cabinets, especially made onsite, were the rage. No thank you! I love the prefabbed cabinetry because they're made to perfection. Custom cabinets just seem rough with all of its imperfections. I suppose because to err is human, eh? You cabinets and apron sink are absolutely perfect and beautiful. May you enjoy them for many years to come!

@@ScandishHome It is a lovely sink! Be careful to not use anything acidic when you clean it (like lemon). It can eat away the finish and you end up getting stains.

Oh my gosh, the anticipation is killing me! 💕 I was listed to your husband say you don’t have to put the floor under the cabinets. I didn’t put my porcelain tile under the cabinets and I regret it. Getting the dishwasher in is really tight. Of course you don’t take it out but when they break down it’s difficult. Can’t wait to see what’s next 😘 Thought of you the other night when we had tacos. 🥰

OMG! I love that sink! Thank you for explaining about the height and the other details. That makes so much sense! Zsolt did a great job explaining the answers to those questions. You are a great team! Love your videos so much. I can't wait to see how you start filling the drawers and organizing everything. It looks like you will have quite a bit of space around the cooktop and oven for all of your pots and pans, spices, and utensils. I know you are smart about layout and design, and I can't wait to see everything going into place! Oh, and I love how open and light everything looks now! That other window in the kitchen is going to bring in even more light. You are turning this into a fantastic home. 💗

Hello Noemi! I also have a a hot plate and I use it to cook outside in the summer. My husband built me a nice area on our back patio with a stainless table top because our grill with the burner on it is terrible for cooking outside. I love to do small pickling and canning projects outside when the weather is nice. Zsolt is not grumpy all the time 😏! Is he 😂? I like the way you used the tiny shelves for your fruits and veggies! Great idea. Your sink is gorgeous and I’m glad to hear it’s working out for you. From what I can see of the kitchen remodel it is BEAUTIFUL! Having pieces of furniture and accessories of all the same colors and finishes really does help make items more versatile and easily adaptable for multiple places in the home. Thanks for sharing this video and I look forward to seeing more!

Hi Noemi, here in Italy you never put the floor around the cabinets, I think it is a better choice because if you change the kitchen, maybe in ten or more years, you don’t have to change the floor, which is a very messy and expensive job to do. I like very much this kind of video, thanks for sharing 😍😍
