We are back with another animal movement tutorial, this time focusing on the scorpion. This bodyweight exercise is a great way to add strength, mobility and coordination into your training routine.
This primal movement is great for the spine, shoulders and hips. It's also a perfect exercise to expand on your fitness routine or yoga practice.
The scorpion provides a great access point for flexibility and mobility for men. This has been one of my favorite moves to open up the body after years of tightness and rigidity in my body.
