@@CosmoShidan I could never stand watching Farscape. While Star Trek decided to show aliens with ears and foreheads, at least they made it believable. Farscape decided to go with wild hair and flamboyant hair colors for their aliens. Firefly got rid of aliens and just made everyone human on different planets so no alien races needed. Dune also had only humans so the idea wasn't unheard of.

Though I would give Firefly the edge in quality, I think both shows can appeal. (And if it doesn't for you, cool- but a legit reason to dislike would work better. I mean, its like people complaining about Game of Thrones because the main characters aren't costumed in muddy attire- since there's a war (and most aren't nobility, apparently...), (heard that one before))

Why does everyone always hate on season 7-12? Okay, they weren't the *best* of the series, but they were better than 80% of what else was on at the time, and seasons13-27 were gorram amazing.

Word. Having it end with all those questions unresolved just hurt, and even better: the movie managed to live up to the show. Weirdly enough: I was so heart-broken over some of deaths, but still, the whole crew/family going up against such odds and not losing a single one of them would have felt like disneyfying the show..
