Seniors Get Moving : Beginner Chair Exercises - Day 2
Welcome to our new fitness trainer designed for people new to exercise or coming back into it.
It hits all the elements you need to practice to make you stronger more mobile, increase your endurance and improve confidence.
We recommend 3 of the videos per week but once this becomes easier you can increase this to doing all the videos in row and perhaps try doing twice per week with a day or two gap to allow your body to recover. We would love to hear your feedback !
